Through a combination of one-on-one fitness coaching and group fitness classes, I have experience working with a variety of clients to reach their fitness and wellness goals. With over 20 years experience in the fitness field, I worked in corporate and private settings and teach many class formats.
As a group fitness instructor, I understand the importance of enjoying your workout. Motivating music, new and energizing movement sequences and a welcoming environment will entice you to keep your scheduled workouts.
As a nationally certified fitness coach, I have worked with competitive dancers, soccer and rugby players, Dragon Boat racers and runners with full-time jobs and school grades to maintain. Living a holistic lifestyle means making fitness and recreation a priority. As a busy working mom myself, I understand how hard it can be and I will provide you with positive feedback and encouragement along the way.
