Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach & Yoga Instructor
Jenn worked as a program coordinator/director for the City of Brampton, Riverside Fitness and for Strength Tek, a workplace health and wellness contracting company. She worked as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at the YMCA of Quinte West and at Living Energy in Belleville. She has experience teaching classes of all levels and types, from CycleFit to Step and Aquafit to HIIT. She has experience working with all abilities and backgrounds, from seniors to teens, those with no exercise experience to athletes who exercise everyday.
Jenn’s fitness philosophy is simple — do what you love to do! If you like what you’re doing or the people you’re working with, you’re more likely to be consistent with your workout. Jenn will help you find the balance that works for you and will design a workout program that’s both challenging and engaging.
