Cross Training: A full body circuit made up of stations to increase strength and endurance. Incorporates a variety of equipment including barbells, dumbbells, weight plates, TRX, medicine balls, stability balls and more!
Strength: A functional, full body workout using dumbbells, bands, sliders & Pilates balls.
Yoga: A Hatha yoga class that includes a variety of postures and poses. Beginners always welcome, no experience necessary.
Core Fusion: A combination of functional core exercises, Pilates moves and yoga flows to promote back health, proper posture, alignment and increase abdominal strength and endurance.
Outdoor Workout: We take to the outdoors for this cardio and muscle endurance workout using stairs, park benches, play structures, you name it! Message Jenn if you would like to join in and she’ll update you with the weekly location.
