Class Descriptions

Cross Training: A full body circuit made up of stations to increase strength and endurance. Incorporates a variety of equipment that you will be instructed to use with proper form and technique.

Strength: A functional, full body workout using a variety of equipment to increase strength and muscle endurance. This workout is done as a group and everyone works at their own level/pace.

Yoga: A Hatha Yoga class that includes a variety of postures and poses to increase flexibility, stability and muscle endurance. Beginners always welcome, no experience necessary.

Core Fusion: A combination of functional core exercises, Pilates and yoga flows to promote back health, proper posture and increase abdominal strength.
