Investment: $70 for 12 classes. *Includes any class, any time. No expiry.

Strength: A functional, full body workout using your body weight. 

Yoga: A Hatha yoga class that includes a variety of postures and poses. Beginners always welcome, no experience necessary.

Core Fusion: A combination of functional core exercises, Pilates moves and yoga flows to promote back health, proper posture, alignment and increase abdominal strength and endurance.

Strength & Core: A combination of our Strength and Core classes.
